How can I start the booking with Asia Travel Link Co.,ltd ?
It’s fairly easy to start the booking, all you have to do is to let us know which itinerary from our list you select and send us all other elements such as the number of tourists, the tentative date of traveling, what kind of accommodation you are looking for, or to make it more convenient for you, we will then contact you within 24 hours upon the reception of your request and will get back to you with all the details and options possible.

How is procedure to book your tour?

If you agreed with the itinerary and the quote that we made, you can download the reservation form and personal form, fill out the information requested and return to us by fax or email (scan) together with your deposit payment confirmation. With your official booking information, we start to reserve all the services, several cases that we must substitute the different services to our original proposal, we will inform you all changes. Once they are all confirmed, you and Vietnam Hidden Charm, we agree, our travel consultant will confirm by final e-mail.

How do I make the payment?
Price conditions
We give in our quotation the prices in EURO or USD that are applied for the period as indicated in the invoice or document delivered to the clients. Asia Travel Link guarantees the validity of the tariffs given to the client at the moment of delivery. However, some changes can be occurred due to new dramatic national issues (such as remarkable fluctuation of exchange rates, new governmental taxes, etc.). Of course our services are guaranteed, so we will always keep the clients informed about all things.
Confirmation conditions
All bookings must be accompanied by a deposit 30% of the total sum. You need to pay the rest of the sum at least one month before arrival in Vietnam. For special cases this payment can be completed at the beginning of tours. Otherwise, Vietnam Hidden Charm has the right to cancel the trip without returning the client’s deposit. If booking is done less than one month before the beginning of service, the total sum must be paid at once. After confirming all bookings, we’ll set up an invoice and send to the client by e-mail or fax.
Payment method
+ Cash: Only done with an agreement between Asia Travel Link and the clients.
+ Banking transfer : Money is transferred to our bank account and the clients pay the banking fee. Payment should be made by telegraphic transfer, internet transfer to our following account details:

Of course we can, we can figure out with you the rates based on your requested details. The tour program and the tariff are just for you. We are very happy to work out a number of interesting and unique travel products for you and very familiar with those kinds of identity demand. It means that you can personalize its to your wishes.

With vietnamtravelindex.com , are you responsible only for tours in Vietnam?
Our answer is no. We are responsible to organize tour in Indochina ( Vietnam, Laos & Cambodia), also we have the representative office in Laos and in Cambodia so as to do provide and serve you with best service

Will I be traveling on a private tour or in a group?
Our tours are only on a private basis so it’s just you, your private group, your family, your guide. No long queues or waiting around for people to take photos, you can ask the questions you want to know and really get to know the country. By traveling on a private basis you are less obtrusive when visiting local villages etc and you can really decide on what you want to see and cut out anything that is not of any interest. After all it’s your holiday and valuable time so make sure you get the most out of it!

What happens if something goes wrong? Do you have an out of office phone number?
We try our very best to ensure the smooth running of your trip but some things are taken out of our hands. Before your holiday we will email you out of hours emergency contact numbers so that in the unlikely event of a problem occurring you can always contact one of our staff. We also provide you with the cell phone number of your consultant so that if there is a problem you can call them and they will be able to help.
All our guides are first aid trained and if there is a medical problem we will help to get you the assistance you need (providing you have adequate medical insurance). We ensure that we have your emergency contact information for someone at home so they can be contacted if necessary.

What insurance is referring to? And is it mandatory to have this insurance?

Travel Insurance is insurance that is intended to cover medical expenses and financial (such as money invested in non refundable pre-payments) and other losses incurred while traveling, either within one’s country, or internationally. Travel insurance often offers coverage for a variety of travelers. Student travel, business travel, leisure travel, adventure travel, cruise travel, and international travel are all various options that can be insured.

Asia Travel Link is an inbound travel agency, therefore it will not be possible to arrange any insurance for the clients. We strongly advise that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour: the loss of deposits through cancellation, lost of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.
